Pilates fusion abs NO crunches ๐ซ
Iโve found over the years that the best core workouts donโt have to involve crunches ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
The Pilates ball is my FAVORITE for taking any workout up a notice, balancing on it like you see me do here increases instability thus creating added core work (we love this ๐๐ผ).
