Loved spending Thanksgiving with my family the beach! Travel makes me so thankful for my oils. Sometimes the stress and change from being away from home means my body needs extra support. I used Deep Blue stick for neck tension, tea tree for fighting off a cold sore, a UTI capsule (juniper berry + frank + lemongrass + oregano), Breathe in my son’s diffuser while he slept (totally helped his stuffy nose disappear!) I was also able to drink my VMG (vitamins, minerals and greens) + collagen while on the go. The little sachets make it easy to just pour in a water bottle and shake.

If you don’t have a toolkit for easy remedies for earaches, tummy aches, sore throats, headaches, first aid, respiratory support, immune support…I’d love to help you! It’s truly a gift to be able to take care of myself and my family 90% of the time without additional interventions. 😍

I have used the On Guard cleaning concentrate for everything in my home for over 10 years! Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, table tops, high chairs,toys, car interior, etc. It is powerful but non-toxic. Safe for kids and pets. DM the word CLEAN for a link!

Resharing from .for.medicine 😮These are the results of Julia’s science fair experiment that she repeated 3 times! She compared On Guard Cleaner, lysol and clorox to see how much bacteria grew in each petri dish.

Not only are lysol and clorox highly toxic (they score an “F” or “D” at ewg.org), they are not nearly as effective. ☣️👎

We use this ONE concentrated cleaner from kitchen to bathroom. No need for a bunch of bottles under my sink. No more headaches from toxic fumes. Bonus! It costs me $1 per bottle! 👏

One day you’re young and fun and the next day you’re unplugging your friends’ plug-ins and blowing out their candles. 😅🙋‍♀️haha. It me.
