•WHAT TO EXPECT•

🪑In the Chair yoga classes, we will practice seated in a chair and standing poses and movements.

🧘‍♂️In all other classes, poses and movements include getting up and down off of the floor and supine (on your back) and prone (on your belly) and hands and knees.

📿Yoga mats and props available to help you modify and make practice more comfortable.

🤗 Join a class and start your yoga practice today. Lots of people take 5 or 6 classes and report less anxiety and sleep better, as well as overall feeling better.

📋No preregistration needed. Wear something comfortable and prepare to take off your shoes.

Who is chair yoga for?🪑

**Anyone. But especially those who do not want to sit on the floor for poses. Poses/movements are done seated or standing.

**MAT classes will include poses and movements that are practiced seated, standing, lying on the floor - on your back (supine) and your belly (prone), side lying, kneeling/lunging and inversions (heart above head).

🤗Modifications and props to assist in your practice are offered as some of our parts need extra support.

🪑Chair yoga will be offered twice weekly. Starting Tuesday Aug 26th, next week! Every Tuesday and Thursday at 12 noon. 1 hour long.

🪑This class is for people who do not sit on the floor. Seated and standing poses will be practiced.

👟Prepare to remove your shoes.

🪑Wear clothing that allows easeful movement.
