🌟 Welcome, Dr. Qwynn Galloway-Salazar (Doc Q)! 🌟

We are honored to welcome Dr. Q as IDLM’s new Director of Veteran Education & Advanced Doula Practices.

At the intersection of story, service, and social change, Dr. Q is transforming how we honor and care for Veterans and their loved ones through aging, loss, and end of life. An End-of-life doula educator and national leader, she brings more than 20 years of experience building compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care models.

Founder of In Their Honor and Senior VP at PsychArmor, Dr. Q has shaped national training programs, including the landmark Caring for Veterans Through the End-of-Life series. She is also a USA Today Woman of the Year, Georgia Woman Veteran of the Year, and George W. Bush Institute Veteran Leadership Scholar (2025).

At IDLM, she will lead the advancement of Veteran-focused doula education, creative care strategies, and community transformation.
