As we enter into the season of slower movements, family bonding, and hibernation, the Sol Child Essentials online shop will be temporarily closing beginning December 3rd. This applies specifically to all physical products that require shipping. All digital products and services will remain available for purchase.

This was a challenging decision for me to make, but in full transparency, I've been showing up inconsistently all year while my life has been a whirlwind of challenges. Providing healing services and products to the community is something I love so much, but the Healer can't show up and fully heal others while suffering and needing rest. Seeking to flow with nature, this felt like the best time to take this break.

All orders placed by tomorrow, December 2nd will process and ship as normal. Forever thankful for the support that is shown to me and I look forward to returning soon in service of the community.

✨️ 10 years of loving you ✨️

My Bethany boo, we made it to the double digits! 🥹 Thanksgiving day, you made your entrance just as mommy prepared for, the best I knew how. Young, mildly educated but super impressionable, we had my one and only hospital birth.

Your journey here awakened so much more purpose and meaning in my life. No one expected things to shift as it did when you arrived, but it was time.

The sacrifices of that experience have paved the way for so many others to experience their own divinity through natural birthing.

The first born is always so special because you really grow up together. I'll never forget the day you were born and everything that led to that moment. Your dad was so happy, and I know that you were one in a million who could bring that smile on his face.

I love you, and I'm grateful you chose me to guide you through this lifetime. 💛

It's been almost 3.5 years since I last went mining - I was actually about 8 months pregnant with Yirah, then! So when our road trip led us close to that same mine, which was so abundant before, we made some time for the dig!

I am so glad that we did! It definitely did not disappoint. ✨️

I was very intentional with this dig. With our limited space, I only wanted to collect pieces that would be used for jewelry or shared with other's for their collections.

This mine is pretty consistent with bringing up fresh dirt full of pieces. We caught 4 new piles in this run! The wet, muddy sand made it easy with the sunlight to see some shine on the surfaces in those piles.

I was pretty satisfied with mining, but Jaime was chillin, so I just kept looking in the area he was in. That's when I saw some formed quartz that showed more clarity. I said, "I just want to find a good one I can hold in my hand," envisioning something big, with all 6 sides of the quartz.

After a little more walking, I found this big one shining through the dirt. It was at most 1.5 inches revealed when I first saw it! The feeling of using your fingers to clear the surface of the crystal and it just keeps revealing more. 🥹✨️ While this wasn't what I was envisioning, I did receive what I wanted. It has 6 sides to its point, though likely pulled from another large structure of similar formation.

So excited about this dig! Grateful for the experience, patience, and clear intentions to receive what I needed/wanted.

Naturally, these stones are going to stay out and get that full moon/lunar eclipse energy tonight. I don't normally charge my crystals, but it feels aligned to do so since they haven't been brought inside yet.

Doing a little rain dance this rising so that they will get another cleaning before then. ✨️

Finally having a moment to sit and reflect fully on my experience at Invest Fest. It was so amazing to see and connect with so many people from all over and even learn about many other businesses, too!

It feels good looking back and remembering all the synchronicities that lead me to and connect with others. Divine flow ✨️

✨️ Daddies for Home Births ✨️

When I found out I was pregnant with my second baby, there was absolutely no question about it - I was having a home birth.

I didn't waste time about it at all. After I figured out that I was pregnant, I said to Jaime,

"You know we're having a home birth, right?"...

Jaime: ... (blank stare)

And at that moment, he accepted his fate.

He knew about my previous experience - birthing at the hospital, and my work as a doula - that I knew and felt strong enough to make that type of decision.

We spent months preparing. Mentally, spiritually, and for me, physically. I shared information with him and watched some videos with him to help talk him through it and my preparations.

This past week, I started working on some new JEMS 💎 - the first time in nearly 2 years! I can't believe it's been so long, but I've been able to find a groove to get through some of the many stones I've held over the years.

Now, I am working on a heavy stock for a market I'm doing at the end of the month, but I also want my main people to have a chance for some good pieces too.

Seeing something that stands out? I'm allowing paid claims for anything that I post now. I plan to do a wide update to the site with some new jewelry by June 1. 🗓
