Jean Baptiste Point du Sable is the founder of Chicago. Born in Haiti around 1750, Point du Sable traveled to North America in his twenties and settled on the shores of Lake Michigan, an area that would eventually develop into the city of Chicago.

Stop using drugs for pain aka inflammation and bloating. Go to your grocery store and buy Ginger, Cinnamon sticks, Cloves and Spearmint. Fill a pot with spring water dump all except the spearmint. Let it boil, then lower temp and add spearmint for steeping. LID THE POT FOR 20 TO 30 MINS. TO all my athletes and Gym rats this great after a work out. No more soreness.
