There are a lot of myths and misconceptions about ADHD that get can get in the way of truly understanding the neurodivergent brain. While some of the characteristics shown can be true, they also contribute to a false idea of what ADHD actually is and who it impacts. This can also prevent people from seeking support for themselves when they don't fit the "narrative". Let's change that!
