When time is short, it’s helpful to always have foods on hand that you like. For example, baby spinach, sausage links and avocado.

For a quick and easy meal, cook the sausage, stir in some baby spinach and top off with some cubed avocado. No recipe needed, make to your liking.

Just have to get familiar with meat + veggies for low carb living. I couldn’t even finish this meal because it’s so high in calories but low in carbs.

Plus fibers, protein, antioxidants, healthy fats, b vitamins and more.
