Yesterday was my birthday, and God has blessed me with the honor of sharing it with my oldest son. I love being able to share my birthday with my oldest baby boy (man). I am so proud of both of my boys. They are my miracle babies and have brought so much joy to my life. I thank God for my awesome husband. He has been my best friend for over 27 years. I have not always been the best wife or friend. He has stuck with me as my husband/honey love for 24 years. I am so blessed by my family. They support me in my purpose. Thank you for celebrating my special holiday (and JP). I love you deeply.

So, I mentioned earlier that there are some common types types of doulas that are functioning in our society. the doula field is evolving. Before I began to list all the ones that I am familiar with, what types of doulas are you familiar with?

I bet you didn't know there are different types of Doulas. I surely didn't. The longer I live on this earth the more I learn new things/careers. There are two here that i have learned about. So, earlier I shared the meaning of a "doula". Here is the meaning of an "end-of-Life" doula. I have been an End-of-Life Doula for over 30 years. I really enjoy what I do. I am so blessed to have helped many people with a peaceful transition. I can honestly say am working in my dream job. To add to it, I have the opportunity to teach others what I do, and work with churches in helping them to be a support to those in their congregation and community that are on their end-of-life journey.
