10 lb gain over 8 months. The old me would be devastated. Now I realize life happens sometimes! I was so busy Jan-September with studying for my Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach exams, setting up my business, working, having kiddos at home etc. that my priorities had to adjust. There was stress eating, inconsistency, and workouts definitely took a back seat.
To be honest, my clothes are a little tighter but not by much which helps me believe that during this time of surplus eating I was able to add more muscle to my body along with the fat. 👌🏻💪🏻
I am back to the grind - I’ll keep you updated as I slowly and sustainably lose the extra pounds / inches.
