Every new years millions of people make a resolution to loose weight and get healthy.

Every year by the end of January most will have given up on their resolution. “Yes I am one of those that fall into that trap”.

We drop a couple hundred bucks down on the newest fad diet. Drinks, pills, programs that promise to loose weight fast. When we don’t loose 100 Lbs by week 2 we get discouraged and quit, flushing that couple hundred bucks down the drain.

What if the missing link to loosing weight is Happiness!!

This year I’m shaking things up. I’m making 2023 the year of Happy!!

So instead of committing to the same old restrictive plans. I’m committing to a 30 day Happy Challenge.

Side effects of being happy might include: Loving yourself more, moving more, making better choices and loving your people better!!
