this is how to ALWAYS have an answer to the dreaded question: “what’s for dinner?”

make lunch and dinner time easier on yourself. after a long & busy day, the last thing you want to do is cook a recipe that requires 15 ingredients and 10 different steps (though those are fun sometimes!)

try these easy tips to make deciding what to eat easier! MEAL DETAILS BELOW 👇🏼

1) blackened tilapia with roasted parmesan broccoli and rice
2) grilled chicken and quinoa salad with feta, pumpkin seeds, and craisins
3) chicken curry with broccoli and peppers (recipe in my weeknight wednesday series on my profile)
4) grilled marinated chicken with grilled veggie skewers and rosemary quinoa
