Made some new butcher block slabs, great for cutting meat. You don’t have to worry about using a cleaver on this bad boys. We have two sizes available (as well as more coming):
The larger block is 18 inches wide, 11 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches thick (4 available)
The small block 13 1/2 inches wide, 9 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inch thick (1 available)

They are HEFTY. They can definitely be customized with wood burning but look just as good oiled up. We also have rubber feet that are optional so it doesn’t slide on your countertop or table.

Just a little example of what you can do with one of our cutting boards. Cutting boards are 100% food safe, meaning you can cut meat and fruit on it as well as serve on it as they are made with a denser wood.

A serving board on the other hand is made with a more porous wood that is more for serving foods like fruit. We do not recommend cutting meats on a porous wood because blood and bacteria can soak into it.

I created this page a few years ago when covid shut everything down— we were all between jobs and with all the time on our hands we cut, sanded and wood burned our first set of cutting boards.

When we had about 12 boards ready for design I made this page and posted it and had such a wonderful response from friends, family and strangers.

During these last few years, we made less and less with work and life getting in the way and then back in June of 2022, my dad had a stroke. After months of physical therapy appointments, working out at home and lots of love and patience (even though he gets so annoyed with us 😂😂) he has been tinkering in the garage again which makes us so happy. He’s still working on his left hand movement but he’s doing pretty damn good with minimal assistance and has made about 5 boards with a stack more ready to prep. We are slowly getting back into things but we hope to come back and continue making and selling our cutting boards.
