As we close out 2023 and begin 2024, don’t feel pressured to participate in BIG changes if that’s not where you’re at. Don’t feel pressured to share your goals or personal life. Celebrate where you’re at, how far you’ve come and adjust your course to match whatever goals YOU feel are necessary for your overall well being. Please don’t neglect your physical & emotional health; both are imperative to maintain. ✨♥️

Sometimes it helps to see ourselves through another’s eyes. I’d been sick for a few weeks, hadn’t worked out in a good while, going through a lot, and wasn’t the fan of the tired girl looking back at me from the mirror. My sweet friend took this picture of me at dinner, gave me a glowing compliment and helped me see a prettier side of myself. I’m so thankful for the people in my life who remind me to love myself too. 📸: .perfectlygorgeous

So… a few weeks ago this happened. I was absolutely devastated to lose my car, but thankful it did such a wonderful job protecting me. That’s why I replaced it with another . I’ve been taking some time to rest, recover and process everything, and I’m giving myself the time and space to heal.

It is with bittersweet emotions that I share this news with you. Moving forward I will only be teaching a group yoga class once a week / on Thursday evenings as I shift my focus more towards providing mental health assistance for individuals, couples, and families as a counselor. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. I will provide recorded yoga classes for free & will still be available for occasional private yoga sessions.
