We have HEB coming out to Patriot Heights to provide vaccines for our residents on Thursday, October 9th.
Flu or Senior Flu Vaccine,
Covid Vaccine,
RSV (one and done) if you had it already, you don't need it.
Shingles (comes in a two parts)
If you have any questions you can contact HEB on Babcock or your primary care physician for information on vaccines you need.

The forms need to be filled out by Monday and returned to the front desk.
