I knew weight loss before the GLP-1s became popular. This is one of my many weight loss patients back in 2016. She lost 65 pounds WITHOUT use of medication (during perimenopause). How? We made a plan and stuck to it. She had support. She had counseling. She had supplements. She had her tough times, too. We developed a relationship in which she knew she would be held accountable. It seemed she was to answer to me, but in reality, she had to answer to herself. Her confidence INCREASED as her waistline DECREASED. And watching her transformation was incredible! I am so glad she chose me to go with her on this journey.
