I incorporate vinegar daily!!

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Fights fat accumulation
Lowers blood pressure(it REALLY works!)
Lowers heart disease and risk
Helps prevent cancer
Boosts the immune system
Helps control diabetes

Recipe: Cucumber Salad

2 med. cucumbers, peeled and sliced, 1 small onion, sliced, 2 tsp. salt, 3 Tbsp. vinegar, 3 Tbsp. water, 1/4 tsp paprika, pinch of Stevia/Erythritol/. Soak cucumbers and onions in salt and water for an hour or more. Squeeze out juice. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions. Finish with fresh dill.Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND CINNAMON BUTTERNUT SQUASH:

Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and salt. Roast in the preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
Toss cubed butternut squash in olive oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Roast in the preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted cinnamon butternut squash, cranberries, and lightly toasted pecans.
Add a small amount of maple syrup and toss it!

Lisa shares, "... I've been where you are! Sitting on my couch knowing I needed to do something but didn't know what to do. The idea of trying one more thing that I would end up just quitting didn't appeal to me! But I decided I had to at least try! I bought these products, changed my mindset, and jumped in with both feet... It wasn't long and I felt better! Which then made it so much easier to stay consistent and really dig in! There was no turning back!"
