Over the course of the past 10 years, Miss Tristan Foundation has provided water safety lessons to more than 16,000 pre-school aged children.

Through immense heartbreak, we continue to honor Tristan’s legacy every day and strive to ensure that through water safety education, no more families lose a child to drowning.

Ten years ago today, we lost our beloved Tristan, but her light has never stopped shining. 💛

What started from heartbreak has grown into something so much bigger than we could have imagined. Through Miss Tristan Foundation, her legacy lives on in every life touched, every child given the gift of water safety, and every family impacted by the work we continue to do in her name.

Today, on her 10-year angel anniversary, we don’t just remember Tristan, we celebrate her. We celebrate the countless children who are safer because of her story. We celebrate the awareness raised, the programs built, and the community that has come together to make a difference.

Tristan’s life continues to ripple outward in the most beautiful ways. What an incredible reminder that even the smallest light can shine forever. ✨

Thank you to everyone who has supported, volunteered, donated, and believed in this mission. This is Tristan’s legacy—and it’s only continuing to grow.

Another water safety swim week in the books! Our friends from Pre-K 4 SA West swam at the Atanacio Garcia Natatorium and received their in-water instruction on how to be safe around bodies of water.

We start off 2026 being water safe! Over the next few months, Miss Tristan will have 1,000 children from Pre-K 4 SA South and West centers at our amazing partner swim locations.

Smiling faces at Emler Swim School Schertz received their water safety curriculum learning important water safety skills throughout their 4 day in water session.
