Coconut oil and cayenne pepper 🌶 may be a great tool in this chill weather for those who like walking out doors!
Calves, feet ,lower back may be areas to test this out.
Small dose of cayenne for starters.

Or sprinkle bottom shoe

If your kids play sports get them 1 hour feet massage weekly including front and back of calves! Fifth sessions add in hamstrings and quads!!!!!!

Make sure after that 4th session, atleast 20 minutes on the feet!!!
Things will change and greatly for them.
After 6 months and some simple fundamentals exercises injuries should greatly reduce issues along with increase performance dramatically!!!
Now the simplistic daily exercises will be most important..

Who all get their athletic kids worked on?

Yea alot of patient ,but powerful work!
Its alot of ligaments in these areas.

I have a few techniques i love to use!
Fluid articulation release of joints and embrylogical release of ligaments!
Both very powerful.
Two more techniques are intense friction and intraosseous work.!!!!

Just working on these joints along will transform your body within a hour or 2 of work.

Yes i am very patient and do not like to rush.
I love to sustain results!!!

You should be able to push your hallux bone(big toe) into the ground and your glutes should light up!
Just imagine if it was that simple with squats,deadlifts and hip thrust!
Once this gets out alot in the fit world will change

Sit back and think on the simplicity!
That is the only movement, isotonic your doing and it should minimum travel up to the glutes-abomonals-and up the chain!
Powerful huh!
Its alot of bones,fascia,nerve endings and muscles in the feet and hand!

These are your roots and foundation!
Take care of them and you will see how simple fitness its really simple!
The body should truly naturally be fit,strong,powerful and fast with very little effort!
