My favorite things about working with nutrition clients ???? Hearing myself talk and remembering the teacher is also the student !
I am working with a woman struggling . Time and time again I am reminded that the pillars to all health are sleep, nutrition , movement and mindset !
Not my words but healthy is happy , hungry and h***y ! As my sleep went sideways this weekend I was reminded of one of my all time favorite books ! Health is like a jenga came- it’s a balancing act and if you pull out foundational pieces the s**t tumbles ! ***yhungry
