As the temperatures drop, it's time to gear up for the cold! We created a quick guide to help keep you and your loved ones warm, safe, and prepared this winter:
βοΈ Dress in layers, including hats, gloves, and waterproof boots
βοΈ Keep dry. Wet clothes can lower body temperature fast
βοΈ Watch for signs of frostbite in little ones (red, cold skin that turns pale or purple)
βοΈ Limit outdoor time during freezing temps
βοΈ Never use space heaters unsupervised
βοΈ Check your car's antifreeze
