Please understand the difference.... growing up in an Air Force family, this is all common knowledge - AND there are a ton of people who don't know what each of these holidays represent. Keep in mind that Memorial Day is for those who died serving our country - we have other days set aside to celebrate those who made it out alive. Know the difference and thank every service member appropriately!
