We honor the life of our friend Richard Frank. Ted Dunnam, owner of DSM, had the privilege of working with Richard at a previous employer and was honored to speak at his celebration of life. Richard’s loyalty and dedication over more than 30 years left a lasting impact on everyone who worked with him. He will be deeply missed.

Last month, I had the honor of presenting at the San Antonio Executive Association, sharing the story behind Dunnam Safety Management and my decades-long journey in the construction industry. My presentation, “Too Old to Quit – Too Stubborn to Sit,” was more than just a title—it’s a reflection of the passion and purpose that drive me every day.

Starting DSM last year has been an incredible adventure, and I’m grateful that I along with my team have the opportunity to promote safety in our industry and our community.
