It’s easy to say, “I don’t feel well,” when you have the flu or a stomach bug, but when it comes to your mental health, those words can feel much harder to say.

The truth is, mental health struggles are just as real and valid as physical ones.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, down, or simply not yourself, it’s okay to speak up and ask for help. 💚

Let’s stop the stigma that keeps so many silent.
Let’s make it normal to check in, open up, and support one another.

Mental health is health, and it deserves the same care, compassion, and conversation as anything else. 🫶
