This level opens your energetic channels and begins a deep process of self-healing, grounding, and spiritual awareness. Reiki I is devoted to self-practice, intuitive development, and energetic literacy, allowing Reiki to become part of your daily life before moving outward.
This initiation is gentle, reverent, and profoundly transformative.
