I've been working with for about 9 months now and we've made really good progress!
As a full time student, there has been times where it has been difficult for him to come to the gym and stick to a good diet since he's always on the go but we still managed to make the best out of our sessions.
Now that he has a set schedule, he's been killing it on our sessions and doing my online programming.
3 months ago We maxed out on bench, went from 185➡️215🔥 butt did come off the bench but the weight still went up!
Deads went up from 275➡️315. Lower back did round, we just have several things to clean up.
Bodyweight fluctuates between 125-130. 145 is the goal.
