I've been working with for about 9 months now and we've made really good progress!
As a full time student, there has been times where it has been difficult for him to come to the gym and stick to a good diet since he's always on the go but we still managed to make the best out of our sessions.
Now that he has a set schedule, he's been killing it on our sessions and doing my online programming.
3 months ago We maxed out on bench, went from 185➡️215🔥 butt did come off the bench but the weight still went up!
Deads went up from 275➡️315. Lower back did round, we just have several things to clean up.
Bodyweight fluctuates between 125-130. 145 is the goal.

This week wasn't that great. Felt weak since I didn't workout at all last week.

🔸️Deads are still feeling good. Had to use straps on my top set since my grip was feeling a little weak and my forearms were still hurting from squats.
🔸️Squats still suck. I'm still trying to play with the bar and hand placement since I keep getting pain on my brachialis and around my forearm. This has been messing up both my bench and my grip on deads.
🔸️Wide grip bench felt good this week. Everything else felt weak but I needed a break from benching.

Main lifts from this week🔥
Bw: 201 lbs
⚫1st vid: top set @545 + 30-45lbs at the top
⚫2nd vid: 3x2 @440
⚫3rd vid: 2x2 @325
🔹️Haven't done conventional in 2 weeks, my erectors needed a break. My grip is still something I'm working on. Had to use straps on my top set since my right forearm has been giving me issues all week and it made it difficult on my grip.
🔹️Squats are feeling strong. 440 was moving pretty fast this week. Felt like I could've done a total of 6-8 reps with this weight so that's a good sign of progress.
🔹️Bench was the only day that was disappointing. I was only able to get 325 x2 on the first set and did 2 singles right after. I was low on food and only had 1 meal in that day so I was low on energy.

⚫Deads are looking good, my grip is starting to be my weak point now.
⚫Squats are feeling a little better, still trying to get used to a lower bar position.
⚫Haven't worked on bench too much since my elbows keep flaring up from squats but haven't lost any strength there.

Another deadlift day done✅
Hit a top single at 540 on deficits (10lbs away from my current max) and things are moving pretty smooth.
600lbs is coming real soon!
