On May 21, 2025, the Texas House passed SB 3 — a near-total ban on consumable h**p products.In a last-minute move, lawmakers introduced an amendment that reverted the bill back to its original, far-reaching ban — a version heavily influenced by Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.
