Are you playing?

Start a timer for 10 minutes and get to work.

Here are some options for your 10 minutes in the closet.

1. Color code your clothes.
2. Choose one section and remove the clothes you haven't worn in the past year.
3. Make three piles: Keep, Donate, Toss. Go through your shoes and decide quickly.

From my mom to my grandma to the best working women mentors I've had over the years...you have shown me what it means to hold two opposing sides.

Be feminine and be strong. They are not that different after all. Though at times it can be difficult to walk that tender path.

How stressed are you?

At one point in my life my hair was falling out, I was fatigued beyond normal and I fell asleep at the wheel.

That's when I knew....something had to change. My stress level was through the roof. Trying to do and be all the things to all the people wasn't working.

Career and home life were all maxed out! I know some of you can relate. So what's a working girl to do?

Living in "reactive" mode means you're letting life choose you. It's like playing whack-a-mole. You're simply surviving.

Living in "proactive" mode is choosing the life you live. Making even the most insignificant choices with your eyes wide open, awake, and conscience of the end goal. This is a life of joy, abundance and expansion.
