Based on the renowned research of Drs. John and Julie Gottman, this workshop is designed to support couples in creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Workshop Options:

4-Week Series: Wednesdays, 7:30–9:30 PM
One-Day Intensive: Saturdays, 1–7 PM
Class sizes are small (5–10 couples) to ensure a personalized and engaging experience.
