We offer a healthy, caring and supportive approach to weight control, at an affordable price. We are available to anyone who wants to become healthier and lose weight. We also support our members who are maintaining their weight loss. This is a CLOSED group (Anyone can see who in the group, but can't see the posts - more private that way)

Had a wonderful visit with our dear Margaret!! Celebrated her 25 consecutive years as a KOPS!!! Margaret will be 99 next month and is still sharp with a great sense of humor!! We all love you Margaret!! 💐🎉❤️❤️
