Our 4920 City of Hope Rivergrade Digital Pathology Lab Project is complete! This new laboratory and tech space now includes a digital pathology lab, new mechanical and electrical systems, interior partitions, security, A/V, and finishes.

Making big moves!

Earlier this week, this 275 ton crane made a visit to the City of Hope Pathology Research Laboratory Building Project to hoist structural steel mechanical platforms that will support new rooftop mechanical equipment including air handling units, lab exhaust fans, boilers and chillers. ConAm helped coordinate the closure of roads and sidewalks to protect and redirect pedestrians and oncoming vehicular traffic.

Here’s a look at our completed design-build project for McKesson Sherman Oaks. This project included a complete renovation of an existing CT Scan room for the installation of a new Siemens CT machine. The electrical infrastructure was fully upgraded to meet the new machine’s needs and final finishes were provided throughout.

We are proud to have completed this project alongside and look forward to many more.

A look at our recently completed City of Hope Beach Plaza project located in Huntington Beach Ca.

This tenant improvement upgrade includes the addition of HD and Non HD compounding pharmacy, infusion bays, exam rooms, and a kitchen.

We were able to complete this project 2 weeks ahead of schedule & as always it was a pleasure to work with to bring another healthcare space to life.

This 10,000 SF project included medical tenant improvements for UCLA Health’s HCAI III clinic located in Los Angeles CA. The second floor consists of a women’s imaging center, CT Scan and C-arm suite, and support/breakrooms. The third floor includes two MRI suites, a PET CT suite with a hot lab infusion room, and a waiting and reception area.

We are so excited to deliver another project for UCLA Health and thank for their partnership!

We worked closely with our client on renovations of an existing Cath Lab. Project involved equipment replacement, renovations to the control room, and HVAC and electrical modifications.

This project was constructed under strict HCAI-1 requirements in an occupied hospital. We are so excited to hand off the completed project.

ConAm worked with to renovate this existing CT scanner room located at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance CA.

The project included new fire alarm systems, MEP systems, and millwork/cabinetry on the ground floor of a fully operational 5-story hospital.

We are proud to deliver another healthcare space to our client who is doing wonders in the medical field.

We just wrapped up a great project for Eating Recovery Center located in Irvine, CA. This 8,000 SF project was a tenant improvement on the 4th floor of an existing medical building. The updated space will be providing full continuum specialized care for patients of all genders and orientations. The goal of the project was not only to build out the space to specs but also to create a supportive and nurturing environment for those in need. We are proud to support and work with clients who focus on and give back to our communities.
