Shared custody sucks…imo…it’s hard for a child to go back and forth and to work through those emotions.

We pray for protection for the Lord and to be filled with a peace that surpasses all understanding.

I used some essential oils this morning to help calm her nervous system. Courage on her spine and Tamer on her tummy.

Then she asked me to put some on her animals she’s bringing with her and to tell them to be brave, too.

DoTerra makes a kids kit (because they need different dilutions) that we love and offers some autonomy because she can use them on her own. (Link in profile)
