The next Beginner Yoga Program starts Monday, July 9th at 5:30. 🙂

We will cover the major yoga postures, breathing techniques and much more!

This is the best way to acquire the fundamentals of alignment and breathing techniques for specific postures giving you confidence to attend open classes.
