I had dreamt of losing weight for so many years. I challenged myself to follow the program for 90 days. Eventually, I made it a lifestyle change and have continued for the last 6 months. What did I accomplish?

- Lost 20 lb in 3 months and ~30 lbs in 6 months.
- Body composition parameters within the recommended range
- Increased muscle mass
- Reduce visceral fat
- Reduced Metabolic age by 8 years (Feels like 15 years younger though)
And my doctor is very happy with the results :-)

What does it take?
- Fad diet doesn't work.
- Develop micro habits
- Have a solid Nutrition and workout plan. (Youtube mentorship doesn't work )
- Have an accountability relationship
- Be patient and focus on the process

I know a lot of people have been struggling with weight gain during pandemics I would be happy to share with you what has worked for me and what hasn't.
