Let’s fix the biggest myth in personal growth: “Breakthroughs will change your life.”

You’re taught to measure growth by intensity.
If it doesn’t feel life-altering, it must not be working.
If it’s not dramatic, it’s not transformation.

That’s dopamine. And it’s profitable. Because if the high fades, you’ll buy the next one.

But devotion?
Devotion doesn’t sell as easily.
Devotion is repeating the same grounding practice when no one’s watching. It’s integrating the insight instead of chasing a new one. It’s choosing the boundary after the retreat glow wears off.
Devotion is staying.

The truth?
If insight alone changed lives, you’d already be living differently. Most people aren’t stuck because they need another breakthrough. They’re stuck because they’ve never been taught how to build devotion into their everyday lives.

Dopamine keeps you consuming.
Devotion changes you.

That’s how confidence builds. That’s how self-trust stabilizes. That’s how the work actually sticks.

📌 Save this for the next time you think you need another breakthrough when what you really need is to live the last one.

I’ve been noticing something lately.

A lot of people are doubting themselves right now. Their work. Their passion. Whether they should even keep going.

Here’s what I think is happening:

You’re not actually doubting the vision. You know where you’re going. You’ve seen it.

What’s happening is you’re zooming out too far and losing sight of TODAY.

You’re asking the wrong question. “Should I even be doing this?” isn’t the question. The question is: “What am I doing today that doesn’t match where I’m going?”

Because when you zoom in on your actual life: what you’re doing, how you’re living, what you’re prioritizing… that’s where the disconnect lives.

Not in the vision. In the day-to-day.

And here’s the other thing: You can’t recalibrate while you’re still spinning.

Step away. Go outside. Go to a museum. Do something that has nothing to do with your work. Disconnect. Ground yourself.

This feeling will pass. But when it comes up again (and it will), you’ll know how to center yourself instead of spiral.

You’re not lost. You’re recalibrating.

Return to your why. Zoom in on today. Trust that you know where you’re going. 🫶🏾

Building Bethany Heals taught me something I wish I’d known years ago:

Healing doesn’t happen in the extremes. It doesn’t require the 10-step altar ritual or the perfect morning routine or the mountaintop meditation.

It happens in the everyday. In the moments when you’re making coffee and you actually FEEL present. In the breath you take before reacting. In the choice to come back to yourself, even after you’ve drifted.

That’s why everything I create now comes back to this truth: Spirituality should fit your real life. Not the life you think you “should” be living.

The practices that actually change your life? They’re the ones you can return to again and again without guilt, pressure, or needing to be perfect.

You don’t heal by doing everything right. You heal by showing up for yourself, even when it’s messy.

Follow if you’re curious about how this way of living can fit your life.
And share this with someone who needs to hear this today 🫶🏾

THE RELEASE IS REAL (and also necessary)

I was running out of space on my phone this week, so I started deleting old messages.

And I came across his texts.

0.5 GB. Four years of memories.

I don’t know why I’d been holding onto them for so long. But I finally let it go. Because having space in my phone was worth more than holding onto the past.

The moment I deleted it, I felt this full-body energetic shift. Like a subconscious release I didn’t even know I was carrying.

The next morning? I woke up and it hit me like a dump truck. It felt like we broke up all over again.

The release is real. And also necessary. Even when it doesn’t feel good right away. Even when it hits you the next day.

That’s integration.

If you’ve been holding onto something—a message, a photo, a box in your closet—and you’re scared to let it go because you don’t know what will happen...

I get it.

But here’s what I know: the release is necessary. Even when it hurts.

Let yourself feel it.

This is the work we do in Echoes of Self. Not the surface-level “let it go” bu****it. The real, messy, hit-you-the-next-day kind of release that actually changes things.

ECHOES OF SELF

It took me years of trial and error, of love and loss, of grief and absolute moments of joy, just to find my rhythm.

To learn how to care for myself no matter what was happening around me. To find the simple rituals and practices that keep me grounded, clear, and steady.

We all have our own paths to find our center. Echoes of Self was created to help you find yours.

In this space I don’t put you in a box. One-size-fits-all programs never worked for me. (And if you’re reading this, I’m guessing they don’t work for you either.) Echoes is your digital temple, something you bring into your everyday life.

If you’re looking for a way to integrate devotional practices to connect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and resonant to you, this is that. It’s time to start showing up for yourself in a way that doesn’t feel forced, that actually excites you, and that you want to keep returning to again and again.

Whether it’s a “hell yes” or just a curious maybe, comment ECHOES or join the waitlist from my 🔗 in bio. You’ll get all the details and can decide from there.

Your rituals are waiting.
And so am I.

I work with women who are good at holding everything together and quietly tired of doing it alone.

The ones who manage, adapt, and keep going even when it costs them.
Who keep telling themselves they’ll slow down later and somehow rarely do.

As an Intuitive Healer and Guide, I read energy, name what’s actually happening beneath the noise, and help you reconnect with your own authority so you can move forward without abandoning yourself.

My role isn’t to save or fix you. I reflect your truth clearly enough that you stop doubting it. And I help you trust yourself enough to act on it.
