It’s time to clear the clutter so you can feel more purposeful, productive, organized, and energized ✨

Here are some questions to get you started 👇🏻

• Where do you notice the most clutter in your life currently?
• What do you envision when you envision a declutterred life for yourself?
• Who is the version of you who is able to let go of clutter and keep things organized? What is she thinking and feeling?
• What decisions have you been putting off? How has putting off those decisions created clutter for you?
• What is holding you back from making these decisions?
• The version of you who makes clear empowered decisions, what is she thinking and feeling? How does she treat herself in her decisions and after making decisions?
• The version of you who is decisive and organized, what does she believe about herself?

I said what I said 🫣

And trust me, I *know* how hard it is to be told you’re doing too much. It’s like someone telling you your expectations are too high. Or that your goals are unrealistic.

And if that’s what you took from this, GOOD! You’re exactly the person this message was meant to find!

Because here’s the thing - your goals aren’t actually unrealistic. Your expectations aren’t actually too high. But the way you’re approaching things - the go go go, the never being able to slow down or take a break - it’s a recipe for disaster (and by that I mean burnout, resentment, and generally not being as effective as it could be).

Why do we do this? Why do we stretch ourselves so thin?

Chances are…

• you don’t trust that less is more and worry if you slow down or do less you won’t get what you want
• you are a people pleaser and struggle to say no to people for fear they’ll be mad at you
• you feel like your value and worth come from how helpful and how productive you can be

So what’s the solution?

👉🏻 more intentional and aligned action (to create MORE of what you want with LESS hustle)
👉🏻 deeper emotional and nervous system regulation (so that you can actually say no to the things that are not serving you and not aligned with your goals)
👉🏻 reconnecting with your TRUE value and worth (that have nothing to do with how productive or how helpful you are)

We’re officially in the last 2 months of the year - how do you want the end of the year to go?

This is your time to be intentional. To decide on purpose what you want to make of these last 2 months of 2025.

• being present with my elderly dog

We can learn SO much when things aren’t going the way we want:

- did you over schedule yourself?
- was there an emotion you were avoiding?
- were you just not clear on the steps you were going to take?
- was there something else that felt more important?

Compassionate curiosity creates wisdom, and wisdom applied to action creates progress 💕
