Integrative Energy Medicine Providing Integrative & Osteopathic Medicine,Intuitive & Energy Healing Cranial Osteopathy is a very gentle hands-on method of treatment.

We are a holistic medical center treating each individual as an integrative whole: mind, body and spirit. Our goal is to assist each person to embrace their place of greater wholeness, presence and well being by combining conventional medicine with scientifically proven complementary and alternative medical therapies. In addition, I offer Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy and Cranial Osteopathy, which is a hands on practice that treats dysfunction in the body, specifically the neurological and musculoskeletal body systems. Cranial Osteopathy may be used to enhance the current state of health and to treat and prevent disease occurring in the body. Everyone can benefit, and results depend on each individual client. Utilizing an integrative health model, I work with each individual to build a personal and comprehensive wellness treatment plan. I am an Integrative Medicine Fellow and I am board certified in Emergency Medicine.

It has been 1 month since our beautiful retreat in Tulum, Mexico. It's hard to find words to describe our sacred shared experience. I can come up with joy, laughter, deep peace, sisterhood, insight, activation, enlivening, fueling, connecting. Reflecting on this holiday time, I remember to take rest and breathe when I may find pause, remembering appreciation, bookending the day with deep gratitude for the people around me, my family, friends and community.
