Holding onto the heavy energy of grief takes more energy. We think we owe our animals that but in truth they would never ask that of us. If they had another day to live they would love it fully. Our best gift to our companion animals that cross over is to live, and to love and to run and to feel the energy. Grief can be the catalyst to live a greater life while honoring their passing.
