Did you know that more than 24 million Americans over the age of 40 are diagnosed with cataracts? Cataracts occur when the eye’s lens becomes cloudy and while this is a normal part of aging, there are some steps you can take to prevent the development of cataracts and keep your eyes healthy for years to come.
