2️⃣ Create a Healing Nest 🛌
Set up your bedroom for your care: a heating pad, comfy pillows, snacks, water, and all essentials by your bedside. Make it easy to rest and recover.
3️⃣ Plan for Deep Rest😴
Aim for 4-5 stretches of deep sleep (2-4 hours each) every 24 hours. This requires teamwork with your partner and family—it’s non-negotiable for your mental health.
4️⃣ Ask for Warmth + Loving Touch💕🔥
Warmth and healing touch, like heating pads, warm socks, massages, and sitz baths help you feel loved and supported as you recover. This care nourishes your spirit and body.
5️⃣ Process Your Birth Story ✍️
Take time to journal and reflect on your birth experience. Using my birth story questions can help you heal and integrate your journey. (Grab my free journal - link in bio)
When you are nourished and cared for as deeply as you care for your baby, you set the foundation for a thriving postpartum. 💕
