You may have noticed I’ve been on a little hiatus.. (Even though this business is on pause at the moment I figured I would reach out!) This photo would be the reason! 3 weeks ago my husband brought this sweet momma dog home from work, she was dumped and VERY pregnant. We brought her into our home, sought proper vet care, and began planning for her babies. On 9/28 she gave us 14 puppies total. With so many babies and some birth complications my life has been consumed by caring for Mom and babies around the clock, with a break in between to care for Vance of course! There has been loss, heart break, and continues difficulties when Momma ended up needing emergency Pyometra surgery and a blood transfusion yesterday. Our family is so incredibly thankful for everyone who has helped us support these pups and momma, but our job is far from over. Thankfully to the AMAZING staff at All God’s Creatures in El Cajon, Momma was able to have surgery last night along with the blood transfusion and necessary treatments. We are left with a bill that has been generously discounted by the surgeon. Last night brought also even greater news that has agreed to continue allowing us to Foster Mom and babies and provide supportive care going forward!! 🫶🏻🥹 Ways you can help us; Share this post, go follow , follow the link to Momma’s Go Fund me, Venmo me directly, or call the incredible staff at All God’s Creatures Teaching Hospital and make a payment towards “Repo’s” treatment.
