I love when women come to me for food and exercise advice....

I have a HUGE passion for nutrition and how food fuels us AND I am a former personal trainer.

It's my jam, comes easy to me and love eating/moving in a way that feels good!

But I know it doesn't come easily for everyone.

Eating and moving are just 1 piece of the puzzle (technically 2). There is much more to look at when we have health goals. It's more than how much nut butter you should eat. 😉

It's a lifestyle approach.

It's how you schedule your day and live your life. 🤯

And I know it can be confusing. That’s why I created a series of classes called the Rooted Life Experience.

Prioritizing yourself comes into many areas of your life. It’s not just a self-care Sunday kind of pampering, like getting a pedicure or doing an at-home face mask. Although that does cover one area of taking care of you. 🙂

It’s doing what you want to do, much more often.
