We’ve normalized survival mode
For 10 years, I lived what I thought was “normal.”
But there was a turning point for me and my nervous system that I couldn’t afford to ignore.
I didn’t need another detox or a 75-step morning routine. I needed a completely different way of existing.
That’s why I created Aligned & Well. It’s the 8-pillar framework I wish I had focused on sooner to move out of scattered survival mode and back into a sustainable rhythm. No extremes, no rigid plans, just the foundations for a life that actually feels aligned.
