This is what a nervous system reset looks like ✨
An afternoon dedicated to slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves and with each other . This practice has changed my life in so many ways…. your body cannot truly thrive in a state of complete overwhelm or chronic nervous system dysregulation.
Stretch.
Breathwork.
Meditation.
Cold plunge.
Sauna.
Red light. (Huge shoutout to for bringing all of her red light tools!! )
Community!
While it is easy to think we need “more” to feel our best…. more supplements, more routines, more devices, etc… sometimes what we actually need is to simply slow down and to be with community. Wellness isn’t meant to be done alone.
Creating spaces like this is exactly why I started — a place where wellness and community come together in real life to learn and grow 🤍
