Hey BF family just wanted to pop in and say hi 🙋🏽‍♀️ I miss you 🥰 And hope everyone is doing well. I had a kinda cool moment today. I saw that one of the trainers from sit on that "train" us is pregnant too! I reply and she responded back to me! ☺️

Hi Beyond Fitness Tribe! With a special event tomorrow, Toys for Joy the following week then heading out of town for Christmas 🎄 We will be on Break for the month of December. We wish you a very Merry Christmas ☃️ See you in January!

Hey Beyond Fitness! Break is Over! 👐🏼 And it's time for us to get our grind on! I have missed my BF Tribe and can't wait to see you all tomorrow morning at 9am. 😊
We are going to be on zoom and we will slowly get back into it with a great Devo where we will speak about multitasking and jump right into our beginners HITT workout.

Hi Beyond Fitness Rock City Heights

City Heights lost an amazing brother that was a pillar to so many yesterday. The passing of brother Milton has impacted our City Heights community and beyond. Our love and prayers go out to our beautiful sister Roshni.
