The great thing about mini-habits is that they are so easy to reset if life interrupts. I was really excited about my new REFIT class at CYT on Saturday so I didn’t do my 3 morning mini-habits at the normal time. But before I went to bed it only took 3 minutes to stretch, journal and read before I could rest peacefully knowing that I had kept my intention for another day. 3 simple things that I have struggled with for years are finally becoming part of my daily routine by mini-sizing them! Any of you have a mini-triumph to share?
