I can promise you that there will be days where you want to give up because you’re you’re working hard and seeing zero progress. You might even fall off track and struggle to get back into the groove and revert back to old habits.

Have you ever asked yourself “Why can’t I lose weight?”

If you have, you aren’t alone! It is such a common question! And the truth is there are MANY variables beyond the ones we listed here that play a role in why or why not you’re going to achieve weightloss.

When we work with our clients, we want to work with you to figure out where you are at and meet you there so we can figure out what variable are negatively or positively impacting your success. And from there we can assess what steps we need to take to help you reach those goals!

Needing external accountability doesn’t mean you are failing! Actually, I would argue it is just the opposite!

Some of the most successful people out there have teams of people dedicated to keeping them accountable by having someone to check in with, troubleshoot, and encouragement!

reassess your goals, share your struggles, celebrate all your wins, receive advice and accountability as you continue working towards your goals with someone with an outside perspective and the knowledge to lead you in the right direction!

At The Habyt we want to help and support you through your journey, and one of the best ways we can do that is if you complete your weekly check-ins!

PRO-TIP: Even on the weeks where life feels like a mess, still check in.

Hiding from your coach only continues to tell yourself that you have “failed” in turn breaking even more promises to yourself, when in reality that’s hardly the case.

Sometimes there’s a detour here and there, but you have to be able to ask for directions every once in a while to get back on the right path.

But what those calculations don’t take into account are YOUR personal needs!

Of course you don’t always have a to make substitutions! It is perfectly fine to eat a recipe the way It was created!

However, in a deficit sometimes you need to get creative in order to fit those things in!

Wanting to hire a coach??

These are a few tips we recommend when searching for the best fit for you!

1. Follower count does not = best coach there is. Just remember there are some AMAZING coaches with 2,000 followers that are so knowledgeable and can help you just as much as the coach with 100,000 followers.

2. Your lifestyle should be a huge factor in what coach you choose! Is the person your hiring going to be able to meet you where you’re currently at?

3. Before and afters are GREAT! And of course we love to see them for inspiration! But just remember, there are so many more things behind those that matter more!

4. Make the investment! A coach is going to charge what they believe they are worth and what they can provide for you.

We are so lucky to have a team of 8 coaches all with different backgrounds and coaching techniques! I know we have someone for everyone with our team!

How many times have you heard the phrase>> ‘eat a balanced diet’?

Sure, it might seem simple, however for some, implementing this concept can be difficult especially when you are still in the early stages of your health and fitness journey. And even more so when you already have a rocky relationship with food.

Even though we have all heard of protein, carbs and fats, most people are unaware of how they actually affect our body!

What is important to recognize is that all of these macronutrients are vital for the functioning of our body, so ensuring we are eating whole food sources of them and in a balanced way will support of overall health.

Macros is a great way to get a better understanding of how to eat all three together at your meals in a way you enjoy to ensure you are eating a well balanced diet!
