I have taken my background as a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and combined it with my years of teaching yoga, barre, indoor cycling, strength training, and dance to create dynamic full body workouts for you! 📍St. Pete Beach, FL for our annual summer vacation back to our old home

I know, a bit late, but I can’t let this amazing summer trip not have a permanent place on the feed.

Top Highlights From This Trip:

🩵Liam doing SO amazing! It was truly incredible to see how much he has grown in a year. So many transitions & elements that triggered melt downs last year, didn’t even affect him. So proud of our sweet boy! It was the best family vacation yet.

☀️Spending time with dear friends on the beach, letting our kids make memories together

🚤Crusin’ the bay to a little island to hang & finding a school of sand dollars (and trying to flee a storm)

🚲Getting to ride at my old studio - it was amazing to see this little studio that I helped open, grow into a flourishing business (and the classes were amazing!)

⚾️Taking the kids to their first Rays game

🌊Fun day spent at a cheesy water park with super cheap drinks

🪩Dinner & Disco Dancing for birthday

🌅Sunset beach hangs

🏌️Watching Liam have the BEST time at Top Golf

🌀Dealing with Hurricane Debby. Thank God it didn’t get worse! So sad that this same area got completely flooded last weekend by Helene 😔

Over the past few years I’ve had the absolute joy of helping over 100 amazing moms crush their fitness goals during pregnancy and postpartum with my company The Fit Mom Method 💪

I’m endlessly thankful for all of the support, dedication, and inspiration you’ve shared with me along the way 🙌

From Zoom workouts that started in my backyard, to launching my own APP with comprehensive programs, it’s been an amazing journey of growth and strength.

As life evolves, so do our passions.

After spending this summer reflecting on where I want to focus my energy, I’ve decided it’s time to step back from The Fit Mom Method and dive into an exciting new chapter: web development and digital marketing! For my San Diego peeps, don’t worry I’ll still be teaching in person classes here ☺️

I’m thrilled to go back to my design roots (fun fact: I had my own freelance web & graphic design company 12 years ago!) and take the entrepreneurial spirit & marketing experience I’ve gained and use it to help small business owners take their online presence to the next level!

Before this client hired me she had very little core strength, even though she was doing Pilates 3-4 times a week.

She felt unsure about how to proper execute the core moves in class and wanted to make sure she didn’t reinjure herself after having kids.

Unfortunately group fitness is a one-sized-fits-most approach, so she came to me for customized support.

🧡 Optimal Breathing : breathing is everything when it comes to working out and understanding when to inhale and exhale will help you engage your muscles efficiently
