For some there is nothing sane or peaceful about their mental health resiliency journey. Sitting down to therapy, talking about your feelings, soft talking, being mindful… that does not work for everyone! Sometimes it is rock and roll and screaming in your head. ALL of the peaceful methods failed me, it took violent accountability, a war on my ego, and daily battles with my developed public personality. Mental health resiliency is a personal journey… if you want to let the crazy out, blare heavy metal music, do martial arts, intentionally do hard things and kick your demons in the balls… AMEN brother start your journey, start by speaking kindly and respectfully to yourself, then start swinging.
