Aire Urban Fitness Thank you to all my supporters at Aire. I feel GREAT today! Just got back from a jog with my big dog and love how I am feeling. I have stamina and actually am enjoying exercise. Thank you for not giving up on me since I know I rank among your top moaners and whiners. And adding Healthy Habits has contributed to my recent 6lb loss. You all are a great team.

Aire Urban Fitness. Hey friends and fitness enthusiasts! When I am not waxing or doing skin care, I am being a mom to a 7 year old who is the light of my world. One way I am supporting her is sharing in the all American past time of Girl Scouts. This will be her first year selling Girl Scout Cookies which start today. So, not to destroy the sanctity of the gym, I will only bring cookies down there upon request. If you are interested, shoot me your request and we can take care of your cookie cravings.
