We will be closed today and tomorrow, Sunday, March 15 to relocate to our permanent location following repairs from flood damage. We apologize for any inconvenience. All other Sharp Rees-Stealy Urgent Care Centers are open.

Sharp Rees-Stealy five urgent care centers offers urgent care services every day of the year, conveniently located throughout San Diego, and no appointments are needed. Locations in Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, Chula Vista, La Mesa or downtown San Diego.

The Urgent Care Center is open and due to a flood is operating out of the Occupational Medicine Department on the second floor at Chula Vista. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to repair the damage.

Due to plumbing issues, Sharp Rees-Stealy Chula Vista Urgent Care is still closed until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience. All other Urgent Care centers are open as usual from 8am - 8pm. Our Downtown and La Mesa Urgent Care Centers are the closest options to Chula Vista.
